bm999 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the bm999 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing PKR funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or claiming bonuses — you ("the Player") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bm999 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised version.

Any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual Pakistani player is permitted to maintain one (1) bm999 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting promotional offers constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.

2.3 Registration Information

3 Account Management

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bm999 account credentials, including username and password. bm999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a bm999 account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials. Players are advised to enable two-factor verification and to log out of their bm999 account when using shared devices.

3.2 Account Currency

All bm999 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bm999 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. The Company does not accept responsibility for any currency conversion costs incurred by Players through their payment provider prior to funds reaching the bm999 PKR wallet.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

A bm999 account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. bm999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of 500 PKR to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, following at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered account email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bm999 currently supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa mobile wallet, JazzCash mobile wallet, and HBL bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bm999's discretion. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on the Player's location within Pakistan and the payment provider's current operational status.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to all bm999 accounts and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of transaction. These thresholds may be updated periodically. Players should review current limits in their bm999 account settings before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Pakistani players are processed by bm999 within the timeframes published in the account dashboard, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. bm999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers enhanced due diligence requirements. The Company will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods or accounts not registered in the Player's own name.

4.4 Deposit Bonuses and Wagering

PKR deposits that attract a welcome bonus or promotional match offer are subject to the specific wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. Players who wish to withdraw a deposit before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will have any associated bonus amounts voided before withdrawal processing.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bm999 platform — including the website design, game interfaces, software, trademarks, logos, brand assets, text, images, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bm999 or its licensed providers. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any bm999 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from the Company. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the bm999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of PKR funds resulting from unauthorised account access, or interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.

bm999's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bm999 collects and processes personal data provided by Pakistani players for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, marketing communications (where consent has been given), fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. 12 Amendments to These Terms
